I'M BACK!

Mommy and Daddy decided that I was spending too much time on the computer so they took it away from me, but as you can see, when I want something bad enough, I get it, they just can't resist my cute smile.

I guess they have done a pretty good job of keeping you informed about what I have been up to, but I had to be the one to tell you about my very first rodeo. It was so much fun. The cowboys and cowgirls were really good. I also really liked the mutton bustin'. They weren't very good, and I wanted to show them how it is done, but Daddy said I had to wait until I am older. You just wait until I'm 5, then it is on.

There was also a really good concert after the rodeo. Some guy named Josh Turner was singing, and he has a really deep voice. Don't tell daddy, but mommy and I thought it was really cute. He sounded just like he does on the radio, and it was a lot of fun. We didn't get to stay for the whole thing because we had to get home and put mommy to sleep, but I still had a lot of fun. I also had my very first funnel cake, as you can see above. It was so delectable. Everyone should eat more funnel cakes.

Uh oh, daddy is up from his nap, I better go before he catches me.

Picture time

So I thought it was time to show some fun things with livy. We finally are able to put shoes on her and curl her hair as you will see below. She does not know what to do with shoes on it is quite funny. Olivia also has so much hair we like to curl it with mouse and she looks so darn cute. Everyone is always jealous of how much hair she has. Then we have Olivia going to her first baseball game ever the UT mens team. She had a lot of fun with me and one of my friends but daddy couldn't make it he was pretty bummed about missing her first baseball games. Then my favorite is Olivia chowing down on ice cream she loves that stuff and she gets so angry if you stop feeding her. It is quite the mess as you will see in the pictures but it is well worth it. She brings us such joy to our lives.

All is well

So I see we haven't posted anything for a while but just wanted to let everyone know that we are doing good. It was a quiet week. Olivia and I have had a lot of fun going on our walks together and going to the park. Olivia loves being outside in her stroller and seeing everything she feels like a big girl. She also loves getting in the swing at the park. She just kicks and kicks her legs and just screams at you while smiling. Everyone then looks at her and just smiles. She loves to get attention. Dave tended two little twin boys for a coworker this week and told me when they were walking back from the park that Olivia was getting tired and starting to cry a little that the little boy said "let me hold her hand" and wouldn't let go of her hand. I thought that was so cute but dave kept on running over him with the stroller. We are loving the weather here right now it is park weather everyday running from 75 - 85 degrees. It is a little windy sometimes but that is okay cause the weather makes up for it. Everything is blooming now to so it is getting pretty here. I like this time of year in Texas it is just perfect weather. I hate summer way to hot at least this year I won't be majorly pregnant and staying inside but I can go out swimming with livy a lot. We also found this place called hey cupcake that I have fell in love with. They started there business a small trailer but now have grown to a store and a trailer. They are so freakin good one of the best cream cheese iciing that I have ever had and then you can inject it if you want to with whip cream in the middle. My friend Ben introduced it to me and dave fell in love with them to. So if you ever come visit us make sure we take you there. Two other things that are happening is my mother is coming out the beginning of april for her spring break to be with us and we can't wait she spoils us whenever she comes and I love that but I love that she gets to spend time with her grandaughter to. Another exciting thing is my sister-in-law mary is coming to stay with me for two weeks while dave is gone at milatry training in april. It will be nice not to be alone and have someone to help me with Olivia. It is nice to have family that are willing to help out thanks Mary! One other cute thing is Livy loves to flirt with this boy in church who is adorable so I let her but dave does not like it and I just laugh he better just get used to it. Boys will be flirting with our cute girl for a long time.

So fun being sick!

We have one sick house today. I am happy that it is not me, but when two thirds of the family is sick, it is no fun being the other third. Amanda woke up this morning and didn't feel good but went to work anyway. She is such a trooper. She then wisely came home early.

I was supposed to work this afternoon but she just didn't have the energy to take care of Livy so I called in sick for a half day, and now I am at work doing all the little end of day garbage I have to do. It was such a joy staying home though.

I must say I have changed so many poopy diapers today that everything kind of smells like diarrhea to me right now. If you have never experienced this phenomenon, I do not recommend it. Hopefully everyone will be feeling better tomorrow.

A Day at the park

So this past week we went to the park and had a good time together. Dave and I have a nice trail that runs in our neighborhood and takes you to this fun park. Olivia can finally sit by herself so we were able to put her in the swing and help her down the slide. She mostly just had a confused look on her face the whole time but she didn't care she loves being outside and with mommy and daddy. I hope you enjoy the pictures. The last picture I have I put in because livy fits in this really cute outfit Grandma Great Grover got her and I had to show it off. We love being together as a family since we don't get those days very often. I cherish those days.

Isn't this one hilarious, there facial expressions are alike like father like daughter!

I'M A BIG GIRL NOW!

So Olivia hit a milestone this week. She finally sits by herself. It is so fun to see her grow up and getting so big. She also holds her own bottle which is heaven because I can actually do other stuff while she feeds herself. We have been having so much fun with her getting her own personality. She loves being outside. Livy and I usually always go on a walk in her stroller and she just stares at everything and talks the whole time. It is a fun age right now. Dave and I are the same nothing really new just enjoying being parents.

Livy loves to stare at herself in the mirror. It is quite amusing because she can't figure out why the baby in the mirror does the same stuff that she does. So then she reaches for the mirror and laughs when the other baby copies her.

We also got this hilarious video of her staring at herself. Recently she has been making lots of funny sounds. Tonight she was growling a lot, and it was so funny. It was a good laugh for us.
